Since its opening, the Albergo dei Camosci has been able to express the perfect synthesis between hospitality and simplicity. With its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, near the enchanting Val Ferret and Val Veny, it offers all the comforts to pleasantly relax. Fast Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel.
Luigi and Maurizio, together with their mother Maria, are heirs to a family business who has always owned the main building of this recently renovated hotel. Their grandfather Luigi, like all other hoteliers, used to open the hotel only in summer, in order to profit from the few guests moving in for the whole season.
Rooms
The hotel is a typical mountain building in stone and wood. It offers spacious rooms with matching curtains and bedcovers, terry bath linen, TV and direct phone. Junior Suites are available.
The restaurant
The owners directly run the restaurant, authentic and genuine, and always offer a traditional dish; the hotel is named after the several hunting trophies decorating the big and bright dining room. Once a week you can be tempted by a romantic candlelit dinner.
The bar
The bar, cosy and welcoming, is the ideal place to enjoy an aperitif, a snack or the traditional grolla alla valdostana. Its wide window perfectly frames the magnificent view of the Mont Blanc mountain range.
In the hall, decorated with traditional mountain objects gathered by the owners over the years, you can relax and eventually read a nice book.
